2. If yes, what are the different procedures for each and if there are additional fees involved.

3. In addition to Visa and MasterCard, can I accept Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, debit cards, online checks, and other currencies?

4. If yes, what are the fees & what is the procedure for setting them up?

5. What are the fees for each of the following: submitting an application, account set-up, yearly maintenance, discount rate, per transaction, monthly minimum, statement, support, continued payment gateway access and chargebacks?

6. Are these fees subject to change?

7. Are there any more fees I should know about?

8. What is the length of the contract and how much is the early termination fee?
